- Q – Do you ship worldwide?
- A – Yes, we ship worldwide now from this website.
- Q – How to make the payment?
- A – There are TWO choices when you checkout.
- Paypal/ Credit Card
This will directly point you to log in into your Paypal account OR fill in your credit cards details and make payment from there.
2. Bank In / Online Transfer (Malaysian Customers ONLY)
If you choose this method, once you place the order, all the bank details will be available/ send to your email. There are 3 banks options (Maybank / CIMB / Bank Islam).
You can either make the online banking transfer or money deposit to either one of these three banks. Later, send us the proof of the payment by replying our email (Do attach your order ID too).
- Q – How long is the processing time?
- A – Once the payment is made, the processing time would be 3-5 days. We usually ship less than 1 week unless there’re some circumstances that might happen such as public holidays and etc.

- Q – Do you accept custom orders?
- A – We currently cannot take any special orders. Our strive is to currently make sure our products are at their best quality and meet the customers expectation.

- A – We are currently maintaining 2 shops right now which offers similar items. Etsy is our first shop when we started and we want to be there as long as we can to build the brand. Both shops are open worldwide but from this website, we offer lower prices and more exclusive items.
